Waiting to get entry

Only worked the day I downloaded the app. I paid to get chips, and the program wont open now. Stuck on opening screen that says "waiting to get entry". When I try app support, says server not found. Whats up with that? Stay away from this one People. Would give this no Stars, if it would let me.
